Signal Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Signal Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our Signalling team at our Edinburgh South Gyle Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and inspiring the success of your team in maintaining safe and efficient railway operations.
Estimated salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage a small team of Signalling technicians to ensure effective maintenance and renewal of signalling assets.
- Establish safety arrangements and protocols to mitigate risks associated with railway operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and progress.
In order to succeed in this role, you will hold or be working towards an NVQ level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in an engineering subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experience in a Railway background.
