To provide high-quality patient care and support in an outpatient setting, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care without supervision. You will also demonstrate and supervise practice and procedures to registered and unregistered nursing staff to ensure effective nursing practice.

You will play a key role in the induction and mentorship of new and unregistered staff, providing supervision and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

The successful applicant will be expected to care for patients receiving pre and post-diagnostic and therapeutic injections, and assist the spinal team in the running of clinics, while providing any necessary nursing care.

Knowledge of outpatient work is desirable, but training and support will be provided. Commitment to professional development is essential.

Job Responsibilities
