As a Resourcing Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for proactively managing the resourcing process, identifying issues affecting resourcing performance, and supporting the Lead Resource Manager and Practice leadership team to develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resource requests from Project and Programme Managers, Account and Business Development Managers, and Resource Managers within and outside of Capgemini Invent UK.
  • Actively seek placement opportunities for resources coming available by building relationships within the Market Units, with other Resource Managers, and by identifying open opportunities in the Global demand tool (Retain).
  • Place consultants into roles, balancing their development needs with the needs of the business.
  • Maintain resourcing tools, update Retain Supply with resource project forecasts, and drive utilization MI.

Requirements

  • A background working in Resource Management roles within a similar organization and with a good understanding of the Consulting project lifecycle.
  • Experience of working as a collaborative member of a business unit management team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good Stakeholder Management skills, able to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Calm and patient under pressure.
