About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Sales Manager to join our team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with major accounts in the Retail and Distribution sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and motivate the internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and agree trading agreements with customers.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert them.
  • Deliver company marketing activity messages and communicate new product and service opportunities to the European Management Team.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish sales and achieve budgets.
  • Participate in marketing events and product training as required.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling into Retail and Distribution sectors.
  • Ability to demonstrate an analytical approach to reporting sales figures and data.
  • Ability to influence customers at all levels.
  • Sales and training experience.
  • Good general education with a demonstration of language and numeracy capabilities.
  • Computer literate with experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Full driving license (manual) and willingness to travel when necessary.
