About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd as a Divisional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with key target customers within the retail and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales of our products to current and potential customers.
- Maintain and develop excellent trading relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate yearly trading agreements.
- Assist the sales team in supporting existing distributors and their sales teams.
- Manage both internal and external sales teams.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including team activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals entered into management reporting systems.
- Drive and maintain all activity via CRM.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities as well as competitor information to our European management team.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve budgets.
- Participate in marketing events, including product training, customer trade shows, and company events as required.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling into retail and distribution.
- Ability to demonstrate an analytical approach to reporting sales figures and data.
- Sales and training experience.
- Good general education with a demonstration of language and numeracy capabilities.
- Computer literate (all Windows packages as well as competent CRM usage).
- Ability to travel as required.
- A full driving license (manual).
- A willingness to travel when necessary, staying away from home when required.
