Facilities Management Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Management Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Health Jobs UK.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that facilities management practices comply with regulatory requirements. This will involve conducting regular audits, developing and implementing compliance plans, and managing the facilities management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of facilities management practices to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement compliance plans to address audit findings
- Manage the facilities management system, including issuing ID cards to staff
- Liaise with estates and facilities teams to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field
- Proven experience in compliance or auditing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
