The successful candidate will work closely with the hospital director, director of services, and medical director to ensure excellence in patient experience and outcomes. The role involves working on Hartley Ward, which provides rehabilitation and recovery for severe and enduring mental health conditions, as well as Jubilee Ward, specializing in neurocognitive/dementia care for males presenting with agitated or aggressive behavior.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bespoke packages of care for patients requiring active rehabilitation and recovery
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion and containment within the healthcare environment
Requirements and Qualifications
