Job Summary
A Mental Health Specialist is required to support the social and emotional well-being of primary school students at Accelerateteaching. This is a full-time position available from September 2024, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support sessions for students with emotional and behavioural needs
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements
- Passion for supporting the social and emotional development of children
- Understanding of pupils needing additional support and nurture
