Your Impact

We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to contribute to our expanding Product Design team. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, finding elegant solutions to complex challenges and navigating ambiguity with ease. As part of a growing design function encompassing Product, Marketing, Content, and Brand, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's visual identity and user experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design digital experiences that enhance customer interactions with our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure a seamless and iterative user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the quality, efficiency, and impact of design processes.
  • Continuously strive for excellence in design, overall user experience, and internal workflows.
  • Work alongside our Head of Product Design to contribute to the design vision and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for our brand values and contribute to creating authentic and meaningful customer experiences.
