Marketing Executive Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage and analyze campaign data to inform future marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver referral marketing and loyalty programs

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  • Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
