About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive engagement and advocacy
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance using marketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Design and deliver referral marketing and loyalty programs to drive customer retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech, or fintech would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  • Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot
