Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing. This will involve working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive demand, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility for both prospects and customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive demand and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute referral marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B tech, regtech, or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points.
  • Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
