Job Opportunity: Experienced Marketing Executive Wanted
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline initiatives
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing and campaign execution
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and advocacy through marketing efforts
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
- Experience with marketing platforms and tools, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
