Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum It Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to plan and execute marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies to generate demand, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility for both prospects and customer groups. You will be working closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to achieve these goals.

This is a hybrid working role, and you will be expected to work from our Fleet office 2 days a week. Our client offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech, or fintech would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
