About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Eating Disorders Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at the Black Country All Age Eating Disorder Service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with eating disorders, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based care and interventions, including MANTRA, FBT, CBT-E, SSCM, and DBT, as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to develop skills and knowledge in eating disorders care.

Person Specification

  • Qualified nurse with experience in mental health and/or eating disorders.
  • Passion for working with individuals with eating disorders and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
