Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including matrons, community specialist nurses, and pathways.
- Support the upskilling of staff knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance systems, ensuring the maintenance of effective evidence-based practice.
- Work collaboratively with ward managers to ensure the equitable use of resources, supporting an effective service.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NMC professional registration.
- Comprehensive experience of MDT working.
- Experience of inpatient working.
- Understanding of mental health disorders.
Desirable criteria include:
- Clinical management experience.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Good team player.
