We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist eating disorder services for children and adolescents under 18 years, as well as assessing and treating patients with eating disorders and co-morbid mental illness in an outpatient setting.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement specialist eating disorder services for children and adolescents under 18 years.
- Assess and treat patients with eating disorders and co-morbid mental illness in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with other agencies and services to support the care of children and adolescents with eating disorders and co-morbid mental illness.
- Contribute to clinical leadership within the Trust, including participating in governance structures.

Person Specification:- Full registration with the General Medical Council.
- Inclusion on or eligible for inclusion on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council or within 6 months of CCST/CCT or equivalent in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- MB, ChB, MBBS or equivalent.
- Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
