Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Leeds and Bradford.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people between the ages of 10 and 16 years. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the daily needs of our residents, including personal care and activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
  • Encouraging and facilitating social and educational activities
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
