We are seeking a skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in North East Essex.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity enables us to fully integrate rehabilitation options, working closely with hospital teams, reablement, and homecare.

The key objectives for this post are to provide goal-focused rehabilitation, supporting patients to become experts in their own care and to remain in their own homes by providing holistic assessments and interventions for this care group.

You will have the opportunity to undertake a leadership role in planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating the rehabilitation provided and be responsible for the supervision of junior staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide goal-focused rehabilitation to support patients in becoming experts in their own care and remaining in their own homes.
  • To lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of rehabilitation services.
  • To supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a registered physiotherapist with HCPC registration, professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a physiotherapist with HCPC.
  • Professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent.
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,877 per annum, based on location and market conditions. Benefits include access to a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments, 27 days annual leave, and NHS discounts.
