Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at McLaren Group.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our reward and benefits programs, ensuring they are fair, competitive, and aligned with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage our employee flexible benefits program, including health and wellbeing benefits, pension plans, holidays and paid time off, salary sacrifice initiatives and other flexible benefits.
  • Design and maintain salary bands and ranges for different job positions, benchmarking salaries against industry standards.
  • Analyse internal compensation data and trends, making informed recommendations and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to establish and manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in managing reward and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for developing reward programs that drive a competitive advantage and positive workplace culture.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
