Legal Administrator Assistant

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a skilled Legal Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate department.
This is a busy and fast-paced role that requires strong administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee earners, handling queries, and managing office files and databases.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with a solid foundation of office experience, strong computer skills, and a client service-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a legal administrator or in a similar role, with a strong ability to prioritize work calmly and effectively in a pressurized environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners with the preparation of transaction documents and data rooms
- Handling fee earner queries and managing office communications
- Managing office files and databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Making payments and preparing digital files for audit
- Managing the office inbound post and printing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assisting with team management and organization
