Elderly Care Specialist

The Appoint Healthcare care home is registered for 40 residents, providing care for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia and neurological disorders.
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with at least 6 months hands-on experience in elderly nursing in the UK. The successful candidate will work part-time hours, primarily during night shifts, to support our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and delivering tailored support.
- To maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication among the healthcare team.
- To develop and implement personalized care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues and medical professionals.
