About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Crone Corkill. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our Financial Services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop an annual calendar aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Manage and oversee the design and delivery of entry-level programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our business.
  • Design and oversee the effective development and regular delivery of the company induction program, incorporating best practices in delivery methods.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent development programs, including Ignite and Developing the People, in collaboration with the Head of L&D.
  • Oversee the management and leadership development program, including the review and delivery of key essentials for line managers, self-learning toolkits, and supporting leadership and management off-site activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Learning and Development, with experience in design, delivery, competency frameworks, and stakeholder management. You will also have experience in line management and have reports. Additionally, experience in the Financial Services market, preferably banking, is highly desirable. Psychometric accreditation is also a plus.
