We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team at Reed. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical engineering background and experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily with internal and external customers, including Sales Managers, Service Engineers, and end customers via phone and email.
  • Prepare and check initial quotations in line with discount policies and Sales Manager guidance.
  • Submit quotations to customers and facilitate Sales Manager follow-ups.
  • Process customer purchase orders in the local ERP system.
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and other customer-requested materials.
  • Handle Sales Returns & Credits as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project-relevant information is shared.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
  • Background in a Mechanical engineering environment is beneficial.
