Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer requirements and generating quotes
  • Processing orders and initiating orders for equipment
  • Managing minor escalations through to the Customer Service team
  • Maintaining customer details in Salesforce
  • Assisting field sales with scheduling client visits
  • General administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales environment or customer services environment
  • Knowledge of IT products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and working relationships with customers and colleagues
