About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Digital Support Services Examiner to join our team on a flexible worker contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marking external assessments and submitting results within set timescales
- Applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately, following the standard set by the chief examiner
- Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the assessment delivery team
- Attending examiner standardisation and training events, and other meetings as required
- Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence, and learner details
Requirements:
- A professional qualification (at Level 4 or above) relating to the Digital sector
- A minimum of 3 years current/recent teaching experience in the sector/subject at level 3 or higher, or at least 3 years employment in the Digital sector
- An understanding of effective quality assurance mechanisms
- The ability to work consistently within tight deadlines
