About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Support Services Examiner to join our team on a flexible worker contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marking external assessments and submitting results within set timescales
  • Applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately, following the standard set by the chief examiner
  • Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the assessment delivery team
  • Attending examiner standardisation and training events, and other meetings as required
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence, and learner details

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification (at Level 4 or above) relating to the Digital sector
  • A minimum of 3 years current/recent teaching experience in the sector/subject at level 3 or higher, or at least 3 years employment in the Digital sector
  • An understanding of effective quality assurance mechanisms
  • The ability to work consistently within tight deadlines
