Multifaceted Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multifaceted Maintenance Expert to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance tasks, including planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall site performance.
- Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance activities, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Time-served electrical apprenticeship.
- Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Practical experience in engineering functions.
- Working knowledge of CMMS software.
- Health and Safety knowledge directly related to the engineering function.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced technical environment.
