We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Art Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team in Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity for career development and growth.

The successful applicant will work across our community hubs, providing art psychotherapy services to individuals and groups. As a Senior Art Psychotherapist, you will have a mix of clinical and operational responsibilities, supporting the Head of Arts Psychotherapies in delivering the requirements and expectations of the Community Transformation of Mental Health Services.

Key responsibilities include line managing Band 7 and 6 arts psychotherapists, supporting trainees and qualified arts psychotherapists through clinical supervision, and developing and informing referral pathways. You will also have opportunities to develop your leadership, management, clinical supervision, and training skills, and take part in audit, research, and innovation projects.
