We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Swindon. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the security and integrity of our exams.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and check-in candidates, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and understand the exam process.
- Verify candidate identification documents and explain the exam rules and procedures.
- Proctor candidates during exams, ensuring a secure and fair testing environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve any problems that may arise.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the test centre, as needed.
- High school qualifications in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the exam room.
