Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public at various events, shows, and venues to promote our charity partners and secure donations.
  • Work independently to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the mission and values of our charity partners.
  • Collaborate with our in-house venues team to optimize sales opportunities and maximize donations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the public.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
