About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the Store Manager and be their biggest support in ensuring the commercial success of the store.

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving commercial success.
  • Coach and motivate the in-store team to provide exemplary customer service and achieve targets.
  • Responsible for running the operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to Expect

Along with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching the in-store team to achieve targets, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service. You will also be responsible for running the operational aspects of a high-performing store.

The Successful Candidate

Our Assistant Store Managers are the ambassadors of the Pandora brand. Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs is essential.
