Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of commercial staff, delivering cost management on various projects, and providing strong functional leadership and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of commercial staff members
  • Responsible for 7-8 live projects with values ranging from £12m to £50 M&E
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective commercial support
  • Drive clear strategy on commercial delivery, customer engagement, and repeat business
  • Agree project profit plans and monitor throughout the procurement and construction process

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing multiple projects
  • Extensive knowledge of working NEC and JCT type contracts
  • Strong commercial background
  • Qualification in either Building Services or Quantity Surveying
