Business Development Representative

Zeal Permanent Placements Ltd is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our client in Northampton. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to boost your sales career by contributing to the growth of a leading commercial cleaning services provider.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies
- Building strong relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new sales leads
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
Key RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
