Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home in Rotherham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the home, registering with OFSTED, and working closely with our team to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a brand-new children's home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children
- Register the home with OFSTED, meeting all necessary requirements
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED guidelines
- Recruit, manage, develop, and train a skilled staff team
- Delegate responsibilities to the home's deputy manager, ensuring the home is well-led in your absence
- Manage referrals, safeguarding reports, and the home's budget
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- Deputy or management experience
- Driving licence
