We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference to the lives of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent care and services
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, young people, and their families

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.59 to £12.23, plus £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments
  • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum
  • A fully paid 10-day induction course
  • Enhanced DBS, paid for by the Cambian Group
  • Enrolment on to NVQ level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce after successful completion of six-month probationary period

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
  • No experience needed, but a caring and compassionate attitude is essential
