About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team in Early Years and Key Stage 1. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, physical, and educational development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teaching team in delivering high-quality education to our students.
  • Assist with planning and preparing lessons, resources, and activities.
  • Provide individual and group support to students, including those with special needs.
  • Monitor and deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
Requirements
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Bring a caring, nurturing attitude that makes a difference in young lives.
  • Have or be willing to obtain NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Be able to build strong, supportive relationships with both pupils and colleagues.
