We are seeking dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team in Cullompton. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of adults, offering the support they need to thrive in their own homes.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
- You will be responsible for delivering care that is truly person-centred, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care.

We're seeking individuals who have:
- A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
