We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Runwood Homes Limited. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming community.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide daily care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- To assist residents with their personal care needs, promoting their independence and dignity.
- To maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the relevant staff members.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
