About the Job
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals
- Support residents with mobility issues or other health concerns
- Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
- Experience in a care setting (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £18,720 - £20,700 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits, including:
