Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized safety plans to proactively manage mental health and wellbeing.
- Conduct one-to-one sessions with service users to support them in developing their own wellness and recovery action plans.
- Assist service users in building their social networks and accessing mainstream or specialist educational, leisure, and health-related activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
- Demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced mental health difficulties.
- Knowledge of relevant mental health legislation, including the Care Program Approach (CPA) processes.
- Understanding of the principles of recovery and a range of recovery approaches.
- Awareness of health and safety issues.
- Ability to work at evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
