Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities efficiently and calmly, while adhering to strict deadlines. Strong organisational, administrative, interpersonal, and IT skills are essential.
The successful applicant will serve as the primary contact in the student welfare office, delivering a highly effective first aid service and interacting with staff, students, parents, and external organizations in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities include administering first aid and medication as necessary, maintaining accurate records, and providing mental health first aid triage for students.
Relevant first aid experience is crucial, and current first aid training is advantageous. However, training will be provided, including Youth Mental Health first aid training.
