The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities efficiently and calmly, demonstrating excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and IT skills.
The successful applicant will serve as the primary contact in the council's student welfare office, delivering a highly effective first aid service while interacting with staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities include administering first aid and medication as necessary, maintaining accurate records, and providing mental health first aid triage for students.
Relevant first aid experience is essential, and current first aid training is advantageous. However, training will be provided, including Youth Mental Health first aid training.
