Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Internal Recruitment team in finding and recruiting new employees. The successful candidate will identify, attract, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates for a range of roles within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize LinkedIn to identify leading candidates, with a focus on B2B sales profiles.
- Manage pipelines in a timely manner.
- Look to identify talent pools and match talent to the right roles.
- Manage hiring managers' expectations and develop appropriate selection processes.
- Respond to applicants and support a positive candidate experience.
- Update systems accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on vacancies.
- Identify challenges and implement solutions.
- Screen CVs and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
- Determine qualification criteria for each position.
- Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary.
- Experience in volume recruitment, ideally within B2B sales.
- Prior experience in an internal talent acquisition function.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience using various interview formats.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.
- Solid understanding of resourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Industry-leading compensation package: Salary of up to £35,000 (DoE) + commission.
