**About the Job**

We believe that creating an environment where colleagues can be their authentic selves will enable Changing Lives to provide the best possible service to the communities we support. After experiencing growth whilst navigating our way through the challenges of the last few years, we are at an exciting time in our journey, which is where you come in. We are looking for an experienced systems administrator to support our Hiring Manager population as we continue our journey in developing our Talent function.

The Resourcing & Talent Assistant will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team throughout Changing Lives. Working closely with the recruitment team to provide administration and systems support during the recruitment and onboarding process and help ensure that we provide the best possible experience to our new colleagues as they begin their journey with Changing Lives.

In addition, the R&T Assistant will support with complying data and reports for internal colleagues and stakeholders.

This is an agile working role (office/project based and home), therefore you will require the ability to work independently, and as part of a virtual team, under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
