- Identify talent pools and match talent to the right roles.
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews and face-to-face interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures.
- Experience in volume recruitment exposure, ideally within B2B sales.
- Prior experience in an internal talent acquisition function.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.
- Solid understanding of either resourcing as a standalone skill or full-cycle recruiting.
