Succeed as a Service Charge Administrator
Bellrock Group is the UK's leading service charge consultancy in retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors. We provide service charge consultancy for occupiers in these sectors, working with blue-chip companies, top UK retailers, and leisure businesses.
We're seeking an experienced administrator/analyst or recent graduate/AAT qualified professional for this role. The successful candidate will administer and manage substantial service charge portfolios for at least one of our key clients.
Key responsibilities include maintaining our bespoke in-house database, InsightRE, and developing skills to analyze and evaluate financial information.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A keen eye for detail
- A willingness to learn
- A flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines
- A high level of numeracy
- Capability to handle high-volume data entry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good computer literacy (with Excel being desirable)
