Management Accountant

Join Kenton Black Finance, a leading recruitment partner, as a Management Accountant and be part of a dynamic and effective recruitment team. As a key member of the accounting function, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and assist in the day-to-day running of the Accounts Department.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure all balances are known and correct.
- End-to-end ledger management, including monthly payroll and reconciliation of off-sales DOCs.
- Verify sales commissions and update daily estimates vs. actuals.
- Reconcile eBay, Shopify, and Amazon accounts and optimize systems for efficient use.
- Supervise the Purchase ledger and ensure timely processing of invoices with no debit balances.
- Run monthly Suppliers BACS and supervise the Sales ledger to collect debts.
- Hold weekly debtors meetings with managers and communicate effectively with department managers on financial matters.
- Daily cash flow forecasting and cover weekly forecasts in the absence of the Financial Controller.
- Proven experience in a similar role and experience within the motor industry.
- AAT Qualified or QBE with sound accounting skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a business.
