Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net growth and increasing product penetration into our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase product penetration and drive net growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide high-level service and recommendations to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and sales.
- Strong understanding of commercial businesses and their objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to identify opportunities to improve customer effectiveness and efficiency.
