Key Responsibilities- Lead the maintenance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Centre Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance operations
- Proven experience in maintenance operations management, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
