Maintenance Operations Manager

A vacancy has arisen for a skilled Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective management and operation of all aspects of the maintenance and compliance at multiple leisure sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance teams and collaborating with Centre Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and compliance of all leisure centre facilities, including swimming pools, sports halls, squash courts, health suites, and fitness facilities.
- Lead maintenance teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and high-quality facilities.
- Collaborate with Centre Managers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and plans.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including planned projects, audits, and reactive tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally within the leisure or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Centre Managers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
